Immanuel's Story
Born into the family of Ambassador Ben Okoyen, Immanuel B. Okoyen began his remarkable journey in Westchester, New York. His football career took root at SB Fútbol, where coach Paul Brooksie recognized his potential and instilled the confidence that would propel him toward European opportunities.
Despite significant obstacles—including a severe ankle injury requiring 15 screws, numerous unsuccessful trials and scam—Immanuel persevered. His determination led to get him scouted in England getting representation from a top agent with premier league players in his representation, joining a Belgian second-div club, followed by contracts with multiple Spanish teams. His talent earned him coveted spots on Nigeria's U19 and U23 national teams.
Throughout his playing career, Immanuel built an extensive professional network, connecting with directors, club owners, agents, scouts, and coaches across the football landscape in various countries. These relationships, combined with his firsthand understanding of the industry's challenges, inspired him to create a revolutionary platform.
On his journey, Immanuel met Marley Grant in Spain while Marley was navigating his own challenging path. The two connected instantly over shared perspectives. Recognizing Marley's sharp, creative mind, Immanuel shared his vision during a sushi dinner, bringing him onboard as his right hand and advisor. This pivotal addition strengthened what would become the Iconic Elevation Network.
Today, Immanuel directs his passion toward helping both professional and aspiring players navigate the complex football ecosystem. His management approach emphasizes career structure, personal branding, and post-career planning—moving beyond the traditional agent model. For developing players, he provides strategic guidance and authentic networking opportunities, helping them avoid the pitfalls and predatory practices he once encountered.

Marley's Story
Football has been my passion since childhood—it gave me purpose and an escape. Born in Sheffield, England, my journey began at 12. I wasn’t the best, even rejected by the worst Sunday league team, but I refused to quit. I trained relentlessly, improving every day.
At 17, I earned my first paycheck playing step 5 non-league football. To support myself, I got into coaching, using my experience to help young players develop. My love for the game took me across countries, meeting amazing people chasing their own dreams.
In Madrid, I met Immanuel—a player with a shared vision to help others. Over dinner, we discussed our journeys and ambitions. That night, Iconic Elevation Network was born—to guide players, smoothen their path, and help them reach their full potential.
Changing lives through football is my dream. Now, I’m living it.
